Welcome to weservice.store. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the appliance repair services provided by WE SERVICE .By accessing our site or booking a service, you agree to comply with these terms.

This website is operated by WE SERVICE, a government-registered MSME entity.

2. Scope of Service

We are an independent service provider specializing in out-of-warranty repairs for various home appliances. We are not affiliated with any specific brand or manufacturer. Our technicians provide repair, maintenance, and installation services at the customer’s request.

3. Service Bookings & Inspection Fee

  • A visiting/inspection fee is applicable for every site visit. This fee will be communicated to you before the technician arrives.

  • If you choose to proceed with the repair, the inspection fee may be adjusted against the total service cost at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment is unsafe or if the appliance has been tampered with by unauthorized persons.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made upon completion of the service or as per the invoice provided.

  • We accept payments via [Cash, UPI].

  • Refund Policy: Service charges are non-refundable once the work is completed and tested in your presence. Any issues must be reported within [e.g., 24-48 hours] of the service.

5. Parts & Warranty

  • If spare parts are replaced, the warranty for those parts is provided by the part manufacturer, not by us, unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • We do not provide a warranty for repairs on appliances that are severely rusted, previously water-damaged, or older than 10 years.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care during repairs, Home Appliance Care shall not be held liable for:

  • Any pre-existing damage to the appliance.

  • Damage caused by power surges or voltage fluctuations after the repair.

  • Indirect damages or loss of use of the appliance during the repair period.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking at least [e.g., 2 hours] before the scheduled time. Cancellations made at the doorstep will incur the standard visiting charge.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
